Jenifer Lee, CSW
Jen Lee is passionate about helping people feel seen and valued. Nearly 20 years ago, she earned a degree in Marriage, Family, and Human Development from Brigham Young University and completed a Master of Social Work at the University of Kentucky with an emphasis on trauma-responsive practice.
Jen's life experiences have shaped her compassionate and personalized approach to therapy. Growing up in Wisconsin instilled in her a love for open spaces and the outdoors, which continues to be a source of joy in her life. She wears many hats: wife, mother, a mother figure to many, a proud dog mom to two spirited Goldendoodles, and was formerly a foster mom and triathlete. She enjoys spending time with her family and dogs, playing games, and quilting. With personal experience as an advocate for her children with special medical and mental health needs and a brief period working with cancer patients as a CNA, Jen has developed a deep understanding of resilience and the power of human connection. These lessons have inspired her to dedicate her life to supporting and helping others.
Jen’s areas of focus include depression, anxiety, ADHD, trauma, foster care and adoption, OCD, and working with the LGBTQ+ community. She enjoys working with individuals of all ages, from children and teens to adults and older adults, as well as couples and families. She believes that every stage of life comes with unique challenges and growth opportunities and is committed to providing support no matter where someone is on their journey. Her approach emphasizes creating a space where clients feel understood and supported while working toward meaningful growth. She embraces the idea that there isn’t one group of people with all the problems and another with all the solutions—there is just one group of people working together toward healing and growth.
She looks forward to walking this journey with her clients.

Yes! We offer telehealth sessions over google meets. Your clinician will send the link either right on the hour or a few minutes after. We would need to know beforehand so reach out to our front office to let them know that you would like your session done as a telehealth. Please note that your insurance may have a different copayment or may not even cover telehealth so we ask that you call your insurance beforehand as well to verify your telehealth coverage.
-
We require a 24 hour cancellation notice. You are welcome to call our office to cancel, but if we are unable to answer we require the notice to be written whether as a voicemail, text, or email. For sessions on Mondays we require the cancellation notice before the prior Friday at 4:59pm. Our therapist's time is just as valuable and because of this we have a $100/cancellation fee if your session is not canceled 24 hours in advance.
