Here at Blue Bee Counseling Services, we don’t only offer one service or modality. We know that each individual doesn’t benefit from one type of mental health practice, so we offer therapy tailored to you and your needs. We have an onsite playroom for therapy, and many of our clinicians offer Sandtray Therapy and Play Therapy, as well as crafts and games (even for adults) to help in your mental health journey.

We will reach out within our next business day to send our openings and which therapist we would recommend based on your situation

Come into our office (or meet your therapist online) for your safe and non-judgemental space

Once you have your set appointment then fill out the documents online prior to your first appointment and call your insurance to verify coverage

    Don’t have one of these insurances? We also take HSA cards, cash pay, and clergy pay.

  • We offer customizable resources catered to your needs! Individual therapy, couples therapy, family therapy, and therapy for teens and children! Give us a call, text or email and we can find the best therapist with openings for your needs!

  • Yes! We offer telehealth sessions over google meets. Your clinician will send the link either right on the hour or a few minutes after. We would need to know beforehand so reach out to our front office to let them know that you would like your session done as a telehealth. Please note that your insurance may have a different copayment or may not even cover telehealth so we ask that you call your insurance beforehand as well to verify your telehealth coverage. 

  • We require a 24 hour cancellation notice. You are welcome to call our office to cancel, but if we are unable to answer we require the notice to be written whether as a voicemail, text, or email. For sessions on Mondays we require the cancellation notice before the prior Friday at 4:59pm. Our therapist's time is just as valuable and because of this we have a $100/cancellation fee if your session is not canceled 24 hours in advance.
